This is legendary Slavic mythology creature : In old time When the Turks raped Serbian womens, they womens throwing children in dark cave or river,because they did not want Turkish kids. These children with pain mutated in Derekavac. Of course that creatures is not new humanoid children,all children go in haven , It is vengeance demon for the terrible act of a bad woman and man.
